Moving dashboard settings between 3PAR SSMC versions

After installing the newest SSMC 3.8 it seems Systeme reporter alerts and reports are cpied from SSMC version 3.7.

If not one can export and import personal reports for example.

But concerning Dashboard setting, it seems n ot the case.  What went wrong or is a procedure available to transfer the dashboards between SSM versions ?

Hi,

I do not think that you can move dashboards from one SSMC to another. 

Have you done a new installation for SSMC 3.8, or an upgrade from 3.7.2 to 3.8 ?

After a new-install, all self-created reports at the SSMC and the self-created dashboards are gone, as they are stored on the SSMC-appliance. If you want to preserve those, then an upgrade instead of a new-install should be done.

All the 3PAR-related information, like ALERTs are coming from the 3PAR and not stored in SSMC, and therefore should show up in the new installed SSMC, even if they are historical.
