Oracle redologs , best practices from 3PAR standpoint

Are there any recommendations for the setup of Oracle databases. We currently have a performance issue. AWR report shows that we need to do something about the performance of the redologs. The current 3PAR environment is a 20850K system + 500 TiB net capacity. Application = VMware VM/ESX.
Virtual volumes are replicated (+40Km , synchronous).
