Os version

Hi All,

Iam pretty much a newbie on 3Par.  we have a 7200c series , running on version 3.2.2 . Is it possible to upgrade to verion 3.3.1 

Any documentation to that effect would be great.

Hi,

yes it is Supportet.

But you can not Update yourself.

If you have Maintenance Support, HPE will for this for free (remote).

If you dont have Maintenance, you don't have the right to get the new Software/Firmware.

The default and recommended version for a 3PAR 7xxx is OS version 3.2.2 MU6.

 

Please check from 3PAR (showversion command) or SP what is running in detail.
