Hello,
we need to install a new 3PAR the so-called SAID. This is unknown to us. Where can I get the SAID from?

Do you have an appropriate active Support Agreement in place for your HPE 3PAR StoreServe Storage System? what a SAID (Support Agreement ID) is it's explained on this FAQ page (see the very first question).

Hello, thanks for your answer. Yes, we have a maintenance contract: Foundation Care 24x7. Ie. with maintenance should we have received the SAID? Greeting Markus
