System summary failed 3.000 GiB but all Disk States are normal (green light).

Hi all,

Pls help me, my storage 3Par 8200 got 3.000 GiB failed but no disk error, and no alert too.

I don't know how to fixed it.

There are three bad chunklets somewhere in the system. From one failed chunklet on each of three physical disks to three failed chunklets on one physical disk.
A disk error and an alert occurs when a single physical disk records six or more failed chunklets. At this time there is nothing to fix.
