Unable to vailidate certificate for SRA using TPDSRM.exe

I am validating the certificate for SRA using the command tpdsrm.exe validatecert -sys {system} -user {user} -pass {password}.

I then get error:

Error: Exception has occureed: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.,
