Upgrade 3PAR to 3.3.1 using SP 4.5

I Have VSP 4.4 MU3 and 3PAR 3.2.2MU4 . i updated the VSP to 4.5 MU5 after that when i tried updating my 3pAR OS to 3.3.1 MU3 there is no option in SP to update the 3par oS. 

When i click update HPE 3PAR OS , it take me to the 

Version

could not determine version info

status no past update information available

Can someone please help?

Is the SP still connected to the 3PAR and can connect to it?

After rebooting the SP .Now am able to loaded the 3PAR OS. But while installing it shows error No InSplore running Terminated InSplores No InSplore running 2019-08-15 08:55:53 command: "['showversion', '-b']" -> Command Timed out:5.

Insplore is a kind of log and status collection and get stopped during an update.
