What's the difference between VSP 4.1.0.GA-97 and 4.1.0.GA-97.P005 ?

The second is patch 005 for release 4.1.0.GA-97.

actually this does not help but maybe my question wasn't that clear.

Real question is, do i need P005 ?

Do i need this for some functionality, for security, for ... ?

Is there a changelog somewhere ?
