Winodws 2012 cluster issue with hp 3par storage

currently i have assigned 3 lun to windows 2012 Datacenter  i have issue when i run cluster validation test i get failur in disk access error

What are the logs and configuration on the 3PAR side?

I have a farm with 6 servers forming a cluster of Hyper-V with a 3PAR F200 and configured the cluster as follows.

• I have created the host on the 3PAR as Persona 2

• Discs are assigned from the LUN 10

• All disks are presented through a HostSet

• I set the provider 3PAR MPIO and configuring Round Robin

• On a Windows host I've initialized disks formatted basic type without assigning a drive letter.

• I left the disk on that host online

• I have run the cluster validation test.

Is there anything in the 3PAR event logs?

Can you use the CLI to show the VLUN and hosts: showvlun and showhost

do i have to select host type in 3par configuration like eva or it will take the default.
