about 3par 7400 Switching controller

there is a  3par 7400 ,one of de controller was error，another controller has been logged in by putty。How to switch the business to a good controller

Please specify the error.

And when a controller (3PAR node) is facing error/failure, it's pair node automatically pitches into redundant role on every aspect of the production. No manual switchover is required.

However I recommend you to open a case with HPE support if the error is critical.
