Following the manual 'SSMC3.7 Administrator Guide' (page 37, 38)deployed SSMC3.7 through Sphere Client6.0 on ESXi6.0. Config the IP adress through TUI (page 42), it showedet network configuration successful ,Access the SSMC GUI in your browser at following address :192.168.100.151:8443
I try in chrome ,but unable to access to the SSMC GUI. PuTTY log in Debian is normal.
On page 78,79 Client IP Filtering, in file /opt/hpe/ssmc/ssmcbase/etc/jetty-ipaccess.xml., I added IP address to whitelist ,still no help!

When you tried from chrome, what is the error you are getting. Can you please provide the screenshot?

0,after config IP screenshot
1, screenshot from chrome, I tryed lots of times ,sometime show "this site can't be reached" sometimes "the page isn't working"
2. I login through PuTTY to Debian system , through ps-ef command check running processes screenshot is following

SolutionHi Jimmy,
I don't see anything wrong here. Please confirm you are good with below:
Have you restarted SSMC host?
Is the port 8443 open for communication in your environment?
Is the network communication good between SSMC server and the system you are trying?
Is the tried switching between http:// and https:// ?
