We have a 3par 8200 2node Storage that has 12 disks and 16 drive license. We bought 4 new hards for it by K2P93A part numbers. After adding them their condition show as failed. Device present OS version is 3.2.2 mu3 by vsp=sp-4-A.GA.53 version. We found that device OS version is primitive while hards are new ( November 2018), so device can't identify new hards, you can see photos of this problem in attach file.

Solution3.2.2 MU3 is Out-of-Support since 2015
You need the latest Disk Fimware Patch.
Best is Update to MU6 as soon as possible.
You can try with P100 for MU3.
If you have maintenance HPE will do the Update for you.

Hello ghaderi,
You need SAID to access OS files. Please contact your regional HPE support team for further help.
