how to reset factory 3par-- 3par nod controller?

i cant connect to mfg port with consol on my laptop?

this show an error, your cosole port is disable!

and i dont know what is nod management port ip address

i search it on switch that it directly connected, not view ip and mac on switch

i try  connect to mfg port with console cable but its disable

i can connect to another 3par with same way

do you know ? how fix it?

yes i can connect to sp

i tried to initialize with sp and when typed storage serial cant verify and show red error

my sp have a static ip address in a vlan and i dont know what is my nod ip address

nods are to same vlan withoute specific address

Your SP should know the IP address of the array.

i khow sp should see nods ip but it didnt see!

and when i try to initializ with smartstart or web shows message same image attached

i connected my laptop directly to any nod and set an ip address 192.168.100.0/24 on laptop nic and scan to this range and not found ip address from nod.

i think nods network port has not ip address and needs to set ip from in cli 3par os

i try to connect console cable to nod but i could not connect

but i search in internet and other friend said console cable must be 180-0055-01!

i search this cable and not found it

if i going to have this cable datasheet, i can make it
