I updated 3par os drom 3.2.2 to 3.3.1 but when i want patch with new update i have this error in check status for update

i have 2 issue for your Sujection :

1-  I use 3par 8440 and this configure bit diffrent with whack mode in 7200

2- ba so nshownode -i -svc i havnt any mismatch node ID!

Hi paymanox,

This needs to be checked using the root credentials and fixing serial number needs the node to be shutdown (and using the serial cable). Please contact support if this array still has a valid contract.
