Re: showportlesb reset command does not work
Hello Hirohara,
To reset the values in the counter the respective node needs to be restarted, as one can compare with the previous value.
The showportlesb reset command resets the internal LESB counter by comparing the current value and previous value and raise the alert. ny change in the counters will be recorded in the event log.
I hope this answers the question.

Re: showportlesb reset command does not work
Hello sanj_s,
Thank you for information.
I've done showportleseb reset and shutdownnode reboot command, but the value in the counter for showportlesb did not show to zero.
Should I have power cycle for StoreServ?
And also, how can I check internal LESB counter?
I reviewed the showeventlog -debug output, I did not know which log.
Best Regards,
Yasushi

Re: showportlesb reset command does not work
Hello Hirohara,
There are following counters
" <0:1:1> 0x40000 20110002AC005191 1 3 0 0 14 0 " , These are 3par array host port counters .
" host10 0x60401 20000025B5B0A0FF 0 29 32 42 0 0 " , These are the Host Hba counters.
The 3par counters can be reset by rebooting the node
The host counter can be reset by restartig the host.
Regrads,
I am an HPE employee.
