What did you do to get it unmounted? When was it last working?
What HPE 3PAR OS version are you using?
What does "showsr" show? Does the .srdata VV exist?
Perhaps admithw might fix it. Otherwise you most likely need to contact Support to fix this.

Assuming the .srdata VV exists, "startsr".
But I agree with Dennis. When was it last working? And what happened around that time to get it unmounted?
There is no command to unmount it.
