Server in boot process in PDC stop in manufacturing mode and then manually goes on.

Not too sure what you are reffering to??
The system boots and goes into manufacturing mode. You then have to boot the system manually?
If this is the case then perhaps the following will work:
I have seen this with workstations but never a server, but who knows? From main menu look for Debug and Manuf. menu and enter this menu. Now enter the following command: "MFG MD NO" This should set the system back to "User Mode". Type reset to check.

Maybe autoboot is set to off?
You can look by typing in 'setboot' It will give you your primary and alternate paths as well as the autoboot parameters.
If autoboot is off, type:
'setboot -b on'
