Yes.
I found the following HP website that lists the map for this Gigabit card to the HP server line.
http://www.hp.com/products1/unixserverconnectivity/adapters/ethernet/specifications/gigabit_ethernet_specs.html
Note that an L2000 is now called an rp5450, or in the rp5400 series.

One more note: must be running 64-bit 11.00 OS to support this PCI card. 32-bit 11.00 won't work.
