Could someone please help me ,are these procs dual core which means only 2 physical procs per part number.Or are they single core which would mean that it would be 4 procs per this part number.

According to this site:
http://www.top500.org/orsc/2004/pa-risc.html
it seems that PA-RISC 8800 (which is A6888A) is a dual core on a single chip.
