Adding second processor to L1000

Hi,

I have just purchased an additional processor for our L1000 which I intend to install tomorrow, but am now a little uneasy as there appears to be no documentation available on how to do this. No docco came with the cpu, and It's Sat night and I can't call the vendor. I'm hoping that the reason there is no docco is because it's just a matter of plugging it in.

I'm surprised the L1000 guide doesn't say either way whether or not it is a user installable component!

Any advise greatly appreciated.

just plug it in and the system will autodetect it.

Anything that you do with your company's server may be scary, but it really isn't more complicated than you imagine.

saved me some stress of worrying whether I should really just plug it in :-)
