Connect to the GSP and check the status of the fans.
GSP> ps
You will probably have a fan that is sometimes running and sometimes hang.
The GSP log have all details you need what fan is causing this.
Ask the HP support to solve your problem.

post the last few logs from the gsp for errors and then we can try and see which fan is failing. there are not many fans in the rp2470 only power supply fans and cpu and it will need replacing whichever it is.
check the ems messages aswell for indication of fan failure
