B180L- strange error

Hello
I have B180L workstation;n facing strange problem.
when mouse and kb connected; kb misbehaves, it takes any character and if started gui, it get hung.
Without mouse, my kb works fine.
kb & mouse tested ok.

Hi,

Try running ODE "lasidiag" test. This will check k/b & mouse interfaces besides others.
If k/b doesn't work alongwith mouse even at ISL, then try without connecting mouse.

did you reattach the keyboard and mouse after you booted the system ?

Now my system not booting; giving mm mismatch error; so mismatched dimm also but same issue. as per service guide pdt claer should run; but this command is not in my service menu. fw is 6.1;

The B180 doesn't have a page deallocation table. You will need to replace or remove the failed memory in order to boot the system.
