Boot failure on L2000 server

This is what i got when i check errors with GSP SL command:

ALERT LEVEL: 15 = Fatal hardware or configuration problem prevents operation

SOURCE: 8 = I/O
SOURCE_DETAIL: 6 = disk SOURCE_ID = 0
PROBLEM_DETAIL: 3 = Functional Failure


ALERT LEVEL: 6 = Boot possible pending failure_action required
SOURCE: 3 = PDH
SOURCE_DETAIL: 4 = NVM SOURCE_ID = 0


Please help-me

Looks like you either have a disk problem or an internal SCSI problem. Does the system still boot? If the system is still operational, place a hardware call with HP. There will be more of the message that has some hexdecimal numbers that a hardware engineer should be able to interpret as to what the real problem could be.

The point is when i try do the commands bo p0 or bo p1 the systems display a message likes : is not a valid boot path ???

And when i try interact whith ipl the same message is displayed at screen .. ???

I confused !!!????!!!

From the BCH menu, run the 'SEA' command to see what boot paths are available. If you interact with IPL/ISL you can't just type in 'bo p0'.
The command string is 'hpux ....'
If you still don't understand try this:

control B
press the return until you get the GSP> prompt.
RS
start the boot process again, interrupt the boot sequence and then run the 'SEA' command to see the boot paths that the system sees.
