Boot from the HP-UX 11.0 Install DVD

The result that i'm obtained is the Console login screen after starting up process finished.
My main purpose is install HP-UX OS, i'm doing these steps following Installation Guide book, and the screen i'm recieved is not same like what i read in that book.

If you have already installed OS from DVD, please show me the way to do so ? Step by step ? Can you ?

I guess you see the boot menu, because you mentioned this earlier.
Please stop at this menu, perform "sea" and "path", capture the text fom the screen and post. Additionally, perform "in all" too.

After select the medium to boot from ( I've tried boot from P0, P1, P2, P3 by BO command ). It still go to console login screen, it mean it still start as normal, and have no change.

What can i do ?

You are probably on the wrong console or you have a wrong console setting. But if you don't want to provide more information, nobody can help you.

Hi Tamvnit,

In your last mail, U have stated that u were able to install HPUX in HP 9000 rp3410 using the DVD/CD rom.

Request you to kindly provide me with the installation procedure you have followed, because I am also facing the same problems U have mentioned in the mail communications.

Kindly do this favour. its very important for my project.
