CPU Cache errors

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me about CPU cache errors.
What does it mean.? ( D Cache/ I Cache error )
How to handle these type of errors.?
What are the steps we need to to do.?
Some scenarios where , we should go for CPU replacement, etc...

Thanks

What machine model do you have?

It means something is wrong in one of the fiddly bits. :-)
The caches store data or instructions so the CPU works faster, because memory is so slow.

Re: CPU Cache errors

hi

you can do send the MP System event logs and the Forward Progress logs for more analysis by logging a case with HP.

the other thing also have a llok at the /var/tombstones and also for analysis log case with HP.
