Hi,

Have you checked any things stuck in the fan? I've experienced this twice, first is when there were plastic stuck in the middle of the fan, second is when the fan itself that started to failing and we have to replace the fan

Hi There,

It seems that the CPU 0 has got a fan which is about fail at any point of time, i would rather suggest you to have it replaced.

Adding to this the system firmware version is old 3.0 and is no more support, recommend you to update to latest i.e., 3.3.

check the fan for damage etc. Is is actually running slower than the rest ? Any more messages ? I'd be on the safe side and get the fan replaced.

Having one fan down can be a problem, as when the CPU gets too hot, the machine will shut down.
