Can I exchange the disk?

rx8620's disk is Ultra 320 ,
rp7410's disk is Ultra 160,
can I insert the Ultra 320 to the rp7410's slot ?

If it's
With the AIC-7899W dual-channel host adapter.
Then it's backward compatible.
No idea about the other SCSI adapters..

Martin,

Be aware that even if the rp7410 takes Ultra320 disks, if the rp7410 controller itself is only a Ultra 3 controller then that max bus speed it will support would be 160MB/sec. In this case, you would not benefit from the Ultra 320 disks as the speed won't be 320 due to controller's inability.

Yup.. so long as the interface is the same.. ie 68pin or 80pin. Ultra 320 drives will just down spec to the controller speed :0)
