connect the MP using serial cable. and in MP run command bellow to change the MP LAN information
MP>CM>LC

Like Ahsan said,
Connect and login to your console
on MP MAIN MENU (type cm):
MP> cm

You will get CM prompt and type lc:

MP:CM>lc

You will get the menu for
MP Configurable LAN devices

Type the number of the LAN (say 1)

You will get another menu
Do you want to modify the configuration for the MP LAN? (Y/[N]) y

You skip with N for the questions, until you get the question of modifying the IP address say Y and give the new IP address.
