Re: Chassis Code Keyword AC_UNDERVOLTAGE

Carmen,

It certainly sounds like someone interrupted part of the power to the machine. Check the dignostics:

"An undervoltage event has occurred on an input power line.

The source ID field (02) in the above chassis code represents the cord
on which the undervoltage event has occurred.

On a Keystone / Matterhorn system:
0 - cord A0
1 - cord A1
2 - cord B0
3 - cord B1
Probable Cause / Recommended Action:

Cause:
A power cord has been disconnected.
MORE (you've seen 30%):

Cause:

Action:
Determine and fix the cause of the trip, re-close the breaker.

Cause:
The power supplier is unable to supply power to your location.

Action:

"

Something happened to cord B0 or the circuit to which it is connected was interrupted.

Re: Chassis Code Keyword AC_UNDERVOLTAGE

Shalom,

"An undervoltage event has occurred on an input power line.

The message could be literal. I got messages like this on a rp5450 systems because the UPS was in bypass mode during a voltage drop from the power company.

Re: Chassis Code Keyword AC_UNDERVOLTAGE

Carme,

Also please note that you can get that error because of the following reasons:

a momentary drop in AC incoming voltage,

a bad environment monitor board,

an incorrect parameter in EMS.

Regards,

Jaime.

Work hard when the need comes out.
