Hi,
For some reason I cannot access the management card on the server anymore. I used to be able to telnet it ip address but won't connect anymore. I have also tried to connect a console directly to the card but I get no prompt, is there any way to resume this connection without a reboot as it is a critical live System.
Thanks in advance.

Solution
There is a small 'MP Reset' button beside where the console plugs in. If you press that, it will reset the MP. if that doesn't work, try to hold down the button for about 5 seconds and release it, then see if anything is displayed on the console.
