Conversion of rp4440 to rx4640

Hi All,

Good Day.....!!

Is it possible to convert rp4440 to rx4640 only by changing the PA-RISC processor to Intergity processor and by changin any of the dip switches with the existing system board.

Kindly let me know incase it is possible or not.

Waiting for your earliest response.

Thanks & Regards,

Yes it's possible, but some more steps are needed.

I would suggest to involve your HP support.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Yes it is posible.

But you will need hp engineer to do this. If I wasn't wrong, you will need ssconfig to change the system board model name
