D270 dual port scsi card
Currently have a A4107A FW differential scsi
adapter. Need more ports. Does anyone know if HP have a dual port scsi adapter for the D270 model. If so what part number.

Re: D270 dual port scsi card
The A4107A is the only FWD interface for the D-Class
There is no good troubleshooting with bad data

Re: D270 dual port scsi card
Sorry, Brian.
The A4107A is the only FWD card for D-class systems.
What kind of devices are you trying to attach? Are you concerned about maxing out the I/O on the card? If so, keep in mind that the D-class has, let me think (I don't have my old system configuration books anymore), one HSC bus with 160 MB/s peak and 116 MB/s sustained I/O, shared for all five HSC slots AND the multifunction I/O subsystem (the internal 10MB LAN port and the SE SCSI port for the CD/tape and externally connected devices).
Good luck, Brian.

Re: D270 dual port scsi card
From the manual I see that by default A4107A is installed into HSC slot 1, but can be installed in any other slots. I confirm that this card has one SCSI FWD bus going through it
