D390 & L1000 Gigabits NICs

Hi Folks,

We are looking for 1000-BaseT adapters for 2 D390 (HPUX 11)and 1 L1000 (HPUX 10.20) servers. We've searched in PartSurfer and server options, but with no luck so far....

(HSC FC 1063 SW Adapter for D-class) Product no : A3591A

Adapter part number for L1000 == A4929-69001 (PCI 1000 BASE -T ADAPT)

Thanks Prashanth, the L1000 options seems OK, but the D390 adapter is Fibre based, not BaseT (copper), any other options?

I think the only other 1GB option for the D390 is the A4925A 1000Base-SX EISA Fiber-Channel network interface adapter

The D390 is really old, thus the lack of a current Gbit adapter. The D390 is so slow that you'll not see much improvement in packet throughput even if there was a Gbit interface.

The fastest made for the D390 in copper was 100bt.

This was either J3515A for a HSC version or A3658A for the Eisa card.
Depending upon what slots you have available
