Disks to use in HP9000/L1000

I need to add disks to my L1000 that has 4 slots free in the SC10 enclosures. We have on-hand the following disks and need to know their compatibility:

Compaq 18.2 GB Wide Ultra3 SCSI
Model: BD01864552
Factory P/N: 9U3001-030
Firmware: 3B05
CT: 24552016CMWQ5E
Lot: A-01-0232-2DSN: 1G2060WYFV

Would you please supply me with the correct P/N for the plastic housings the drives go into for insertion into the SC10

You can go to partsurfer.hp.com and enter SC10 as your model number. I think you are going to find that the module enclosures are not an orderable part. They are more than enclousures and include a translator board to go from , for example,HVD to LVD SCSI.

Your best bet is to seek a used HP equipment vendor; I suspect the modules with disk will be reasonably priced.

HP had quite a few different 18.2 GB drives for the SC10:

A5282A, A5638A, A6272A, A5633A, A5657A, A6273A

However, I can't find anywhere where it lists the housing separately. All the drives I've listed are complete with the housing. You can probably pick up a used one quite cheaply at this point.

These are a lists of compatible disks for your SC10, I have a SC10 onsite but we are using 9.1 GB drives in it (A5726A), that you can order from a third party vendor for cheaper then going to HP directly, this is a more comprehensive listing or you can follow the link i've provided below:
