Do you know ftp location for PF_CHAW4350.tar.gz?

I am doing firmware upgrade and need to download pf_chaw4350.tar.gz file directly to my Unix box for firmware upgrade to Version 43.50. Please guide. ftp.hp.com has a lot and it is difficult to sort out.
