E35 SCSI
I have a full E35 server with 8 SCSI drives. Its the typical rackmount layout - there are two units with drives in beneath the actual E35. There are two drives in the E35. I have got HP-UX 10.20 on the machine but its slow and bloated - it was used by BT before me and I want to start afresh. I have tried putting Gentoo linux on it, but unfortuantly it will not recognise any SCSI drives. Any ideas on where to find a driver that will work or if any exist. Also, does anyone know how / where to obtain a copy of HP-UX 10.20? Preferably for a cheap price - this is a hobby.
Thanks for your help,
Tom.

Re: E35 SCSI
the E35 uses the HP-PB bus for the SCSI cards. It was never a linux driver build for these bus system nor for any HP-PB card (from what I know).
=> E-Class I/O will not work with Linux.
