E7683A PDU Receptacle type

Hi all,

I'm trying to get 2 rp8400 servers installed, and they will be in a single rack, so we're getting two of the E7683A 60-amp PDUs. the documentation that i've been able to find says that the plug type is a IEC-309-63A, but apparently that's not enough information for the electricians.

Does anyone else have some info on what type of receptacle this plug needs?

Thanks!

Josh

Hi Josh,

I went in the DC to check one of our racks of rp8400s - here's the numbers I found on the receptacle

In case the electricians need nice color pictures: http://www.ericson.com/2002%20PDF%20cat%20sections/IEC%20309%20Pin%20&%20Sleeve%20184-215.pdf
