HP sells warranty uplifts for support, so you can buy it with 1 year 5 day/week or 1 year 7x24 or 3 year 7x24, or even Proactive or Critical systems support for 1 or 3 years. Also, you can order it with just hardware support or included software support at different levels. Standard warranty, with no additional support, does not include HP-UX support, so an uplift is always desireable.
