Error Message while Loading a K380 w/ hpux 10.20

I am loading a 1x240MHz K380 and during the installation it is quitting the install. I do not have any HP support on these old systems so it is kind of a learning experience for me. I have attached a file containing some the errors that print to the screen. I have tried different drives. The errors listed are not all of the ones that were shown, just the ones at the tail end, the rest were overwritten on my terminal. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Brian, Have you got thr right CD's for 10.20, i.e have you got the core/install 1st cd or is it one of the application cd's you are trying to boot from. The last 10.20 cd was dated DEC99 and its refernece was B3782-10456and the support plus for March 2000 was numbered B3782-10466. Just going off watch (UK time) so will not be able to see your reply until tomorrow

That is the exact disk that I am using. Dec. '99 PN: B3782-10456, Install and Core OS CD. Thanks for the reply. There have been times that I have made similar mistakes!

Good morning Brian, ooops!! Ithink that I gave you the number for the 700 version of 10.20, because there were two separate issues of 10.20. I will have to look through my cd's to see if I have the 800 version

what you need is CD B3920-13941 (s800 core/install cd)

Brian -- Keep in mind that 10.20 is out of support so if there is any way you can get this box up to 11.00 or 11.11, you'll have better success with supporting the box long term.

Thank you for all of your replies. I will try to either get my hands on the correct disk or do as kent suggests and load 11.0 or 11i. I will let ya'll know if this works.
