FLT 1038, FLT 1138 after Firmware Update on HP 9000 D390/2

Hello,

after updating the server firmware on a HP 9000 D390/2, the lcd display shows interchanging the messages "FLT 1038" and "FLT 1138". The firmware update was "PF_CULV4210". The update process displayed no errors or warnings till reboot. How can I solve the problem?

Starting CPU remote diagnose register selftest
The x is CPU number.
I don't see anything for fault 1x38 but it doesn't sound hopefull. That is the correct update.

Hello,

today the local IT sent me the delivery note of the server, there I found a notification that the system board is a D380/2, not a D390/2. Unfortunately the server is signed as a D390/2. Does anyone now, if it's possible to reset the board or load an old firmware to the board?
