Hello everyone,

Any idea what this error message could be and how can i solve it?

Re: FLT-503F error

Thx for the reply. I did check it on google,and found the same thing, but it did not help me a lot with the diagnostic.I need to determine wich HW failed in order to replace it,if possible.

Re: FLT-503F error

Mason you are right...maybe you already have but this document can help you http://docs.hp.com/en/A3262-90013/A3262-90013.pdf

If not, last chance is open a HW call. :-)

Re: FLT-503F error

This is what i can recall from a long time ago.
As previously mentioned
5=BUS Transactions
0=Slot number
3=Bus Number
F=A fault on the IO Adaptor

So, I suspect that the HSC (NOT EISA) IO card installed in slot 0 has a problem.
Worst case is that the System Backplane has an issue.
I can't be 100% though.

Phil
