Fault code

I have a user with HP 9000 K380. Upon remote login to server he's receiving the following fault code: CBFO, CBFE. I've been trying to find out what this means in order to resolve the conflict.

Hello,

These fault codes indicate that a high-priority machine check (HPMC) has occurred. A CPU or memory module has most likely gone bad.

If the user is eventually able to log in, have him/her look at /var/tombstones/ts99 for more information.
