My system (rp7420 & OS 11i v1) running fine. But some region my application vendor request us upgrade the system firmware version 3.1 to least 3.3.
Could you please tell me what is the process firmware upgrade and how to I collect the least (3.3) firmware.

Thats where you get it.
Every version of the firmware has different instructions. You search for firmware based on rp7420 and you will find the firmware and insturctions.
In general, only, only, only do firmware and nothing else at the same time. Firmware in the past was delivered as a .depot patch file which warned that it should be done alone. A lot of busy beavers decided to try wrapping the firmware into a larger patch depot to save a reboot and ended up with bricks instead of systems.
Read the instructions carefully, schedule downtime and you'll be fine.
