Firmware patch Error

I've downloaded Firmware patch: PHSS_36162

When I run it through swinstall analysis I am receiving following:

NOTE: One or more Processor RAM FRU(s) has bad data or checksum.
The patch PHSS_36162 will be excluded from installation.
Please contact your HP Representative for assistance in resolving the issue.

Any ideas ??

The error may occur in case the information of FRU like CPU in this case couldn't be retrieved. Run STM info tool and logtool ( ensure it is latest version ). Verify the online CPUs with the actually installed ones.

Please , i ve a similar problem with an update of my hp 9000 rp 4440

What was your hardware issue,
we 've changed our main board and support board of CPU

We resolved our issue by rebooting the server, than we were able to apply the firmware patch without any problem.
