Firmware uppgrade for HP 9000/879/k260
Hi,
I recently updated the OS from 11.00 to 11i and the installer indicated that the firmware version installed (36.51) does not support 64 bit.
Where can I get updated firmware?
I check the itrc for firmware but all firmware listed does not support 9000/879/k260 model. This is the string returned from executing "model" command.
Does anyone know what patch number to get?

Here's the firmware:
http://www1.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/patchDetail.do?BC=patch.breadcrumb.main|patch.breadcrumb.search|&patchid=PF_CMHK4133&context=firmware:cpu
This firmware is actually installed as a bootable tape but make sure you follow the instructions (especially the 2k blocking) when making the tape.

If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

Thanks for the quick responses!
I hope the tape drive still works. I haven't used it for some time.
