Hi again,
The TOC button is a way to reboot (when you can't do a shutdown from commandline) your server without completely turning it off, kind of like the reset button you find on PC's.
Just checking :
- The IP you "gave" the GSP is defined in your network.
- The networkport to the GSP is a 10Mbit port. I'm not a network expert, but the following thread covers this (important) aspect : http://forums.itrc.hp.com/cm/QuestionAnswer/1,,0xb153a22831ebd5118ff40090279cd0f9,00.html

Thanks Tom,
The problem was the hub I was using. It is a NetGear dual 10/100 speed hub. Once I plugged the GSP into another hub, it worked fine. I am running 100mb to the GSP so it will work. I also did need a console to set it up initally. Thaks everyone for the help.
