GSP Firmware Upgrade Insturctions

I have been told by a field technician to upgrade my GSP firmware to B.2.20. He sent me the link to down load the patch. I have down loaded it but I cannot seem to find any instructions on how to install it. I have tried following all the links in other forums but none of them seem to go any where any more.

The GSP is on a rp5430 running HP-UX 11.11 Version 1.

Does any one know where I can find these install instructions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I found some instruction at the following site.

The instructions state that if I am upgrading from a earlier version than B.2.15 I have to update to B.2.15 before I upgrade to B.2.20. Does any one know if this is still true? Or can I go directly from B.2.07 to B.2.20?

Ok, so assuming that I need to do the GSP B.02.15 upgrade first. Where do I find this firmware upgrade?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
