Re: GSP TIME and OS Time

Hi,

the answer depends on the system type you have.
On older PA Risc HP9000 Servers (N, L, A-Class), the GSP time is set automatically during boot of HPUX by the online diagnostics. There should be no time difference between GSP and OS on these servers.
On newer servers, the date and time can be set on the MP CM> menue with the "date" command. On Entry level servers, this command does not exist and you have to specifiy the "date" command from EFI shell (IA64) or BCH configuration menue (HP9000).

best regards

Stefan
