Re: GSP admin question

Hmmm. It seem to be difficult.
For security reason, you should change port to connect to. change to good password
HP is simple

Re: GSP admin question

I do not believe this is possible.
My house is the bank's, my money the wife's, But my opinions belong to me, not HP!

Re: GSP admin question

Hi Maria

Probably no help but you could modify the GSP Host Name to include a warning using the lc command (but this will show for any GSP user, including a directly connected console). You are restricted to certain characters (up to 19)

Good luck - Keith

Re: GSP admin question

Hi

The option like that does not seem to be there. Not sure if any changes to this is going to come soon.

Re: GSP admin question

Maria,
I believe the prompt "Service Processor Login" is set in the firmware. It may be changed to "Management Service Processor" at a later point in time.
Using a usr/pwd different from root may help to prvent accidents.
You could use the Secure Web Console instead!
