SolutionThere are two hardware versions of GSP for L2000: the version A has a grey 3-way cable, and the version B has a black one. The version can also be identified by entering the HE command in the GSP menu and looking at the top line of the help message.
If your system originally had a version A GSP, and it was replaced with a version B, or vice versa, you'll have to change your console path setting. Some old versions of the PDC firmware will only work with the version A GSP: if you now have version B, you may have to upgrade the PDC firmware. You'll need PDC firmware version 41.38 or later.
